ABSORB respects your right to raise grievance and seek remedies in case of any product related issues. If you have purchased a product from ABSORB you are entitled to seek a cancellation or refund. You may be eligible for up to 80% refund of your subscription fee if the request to cancel is made within the first 7 calendar days of the start of the billing cycle. You can contact our customer care to get more details about the cancellation and refund.

In case you have subscribed to the recurring paid services from ABSORB, you can request for stoppage of subscription by contacting our customer care team. You will not be billed for recurring subscription from the next billing cycle. However, you will not be entitled to refund unless the request is made within the first 7 calendar of purchasing the plan.

In case of free or trial period subscription you can request for cancellation any time during such free or trial period. You can seek any assistance on the returns and refund policy by contacting our customer care.
